My child support case was opened in 2012, after the father fled to New York to be with a woman he met online. After I realized the young lady was posting all her business on social media, I gather all the facts. I reported to CSS where and whom he was residing with, phone numbers and addresses. I was very confident that he would be caught right away since I had all the info needed. I even sent pictures…He even stated where he was working…because they move EVTREMELY slow by the time they tried to locate him, he was no longer at location…So now, he has a new chick and its the same process..Ive given numbers, pictures and more evidence that hw now resides in Oregan…Case worker says she is doing a postal on him and that was 3 weeks ago…no word back. Social media today, is a excellent way to crack down on these deadbeats but I was told that CSS cant use Faxebook…but why not? This makes the job that much easier…The law needs to be changed…its a New Day in time. By the time they try to reach him he will move again. Ive given them everything. Why not look for the young lady address who he resides with …force her to go to court so se can be forced to turn him in. If there is PROOF that a person know where the father is and know that law enforcement is looking for them…So simple…so please tell me what is really going on with Ga Child Support?

Package has reached shipping courier office on August 22nd, 2021 and till date it has not been out for delivery . I might have paid the lower postage fee by shipping things by PosLaju but I wasn’t given a option but merely only choice I had and that doesn’t mean the package has to be remained at the shipping courier office for days and that package is so important to me

Issue: The despatch from Pos Laju Sg Mati did not called me upon delivery of goods. He just left me with a notice for self-collection at pos office without trying to call me. Why is our contact number given for? It is for you to call when customer is unreachable. How can the despatch be so irresponsible and caused so much inconveniences to customer? I am so disappointed and unhappy with this kind of service. When I tried to contact the despatch immediately as I need the item urgently before going outstation, he refused to answer my call/reply my message. I have finally reached him after 30mins and his attitude & behaviour towards me is being rude. I hereby request you to kindly look into the matter and take a remedial action. Looking forward to your explanation/respond on this matter.
Parcel sampai di poslaju dato onn pada 23/8/3021 tapi sehingga hari ni 27/8/2021 dah 5 hari parcel masih belum pos out ke rumah saya padahal alamat di negeri & daerah yang sama.

The parcel was posted on 13/8 but untill now i have not received anything. Then it arrived at poslaju dato onn, dispatched out to pislaju johor bahru, from there it went to pusat serahan mel JB, next went back to poslaju dato onn, and then it was dispatched out to poslaju jb, and then again returned to dato onn and when i check yesterday it was dispatched out to poslaju jb again in a never ending loop
Yesterday on 27/8/2021, I got an appointment at Pos Laju Gombak branch.. It was not busy at that point of time, I was making a renewal for my roadtax… And sadly to inform she doesn’t even bother to ask why I make payment for a 6 month renewal roadtax which will expired by September 17 2021. She is more concerned with her RM2 commission, instead of make a well inform decision to customer. It is more regretful that, I came in again today (28/8/2021) and she inform it cannot be cancelled as she can only cancel for yesterday. I was really disappointed in which how she don’t even bother what happened to customer. I only realize the roadtax expiry when I’m about to put it on my motorcycle. Now I know why most people really hate post office. Especially Pos Laju. You got a greedy staff who only know to get her own benefit instead of informing a small matter to customer. Pos Laju you lost one of your customer today.
Helo. Saya call tak dapat. Bila barang tu dapat deliver ye? Seller pos 23 Julai, 24 Julai dh sampai JB. Sampai hari ni dh seminggu tak proses2 lagi. Org beli brg sebab urgent nak guna. Dah la call x dapat. Pos laju lain ok je, apesal dato’ onn ni slow sangat. Tolong lah pos laju. Harap sangat barang sy sampai minggu ni. Kita dh byr utk pos, bg laju sikit.
Hello Poslaju okay ke tak tu? Parcel sy dah sampai kat delivery facility sejak 29 Ogos lagi tapi sampai ke hari ni takde nampak bayang² pun nk hantar barang. Kot lah cuti merdeka pun agak² lah dah masuk bulan September dah diknon oii. Nak peram parcel saya tu sampai bila. Risau kadang² Poslaju tempat saya ni dah ghaib ke apa kena culik dengan bunian kot.
Tracking my parcel and saw the description as delivery attempted. BUT NONE WAS MADE. And then turned into item can be collected at places. What in the world???? I was at home for 24 hours!!! Please hire better rider that has integrity and heart for the job. Everyone also tired but we didnt paid for nothing. If you cannot deliver, please find other job, resign as a rider. What a joke! PLEASE SEND MY PARCEL! Super pissed off. Paid the delivery fees for it to be delivered not collected! SUCH A JOKE! TERRIBLE RIDER TERRIBLE SERVICE.
