GDex / GD Express / Service

Saya telah membuat penghantaran dokumen ke Kota Kinabalu pada 31/12/2018 di GDEX Avenue K tetapi amat mengecewakan dokumen tersebut masih berada di HQ KL. Saya sudah menghubungi pihak GDEX tetapi jawapan yang di terima amat mengecewakan.

Pihak GDEX tidak mengetahui kenapa barang tersebut tidak dihantar. Disebabkan kecuaian GDEX saya tidak dapat menghantar dokumen tersebut pada tarikh yang sepatutnya. Saya meminta pihak GDEX bertanggungjawab atas kesalahan ini.

GDex / GD Express / Parcel Delay

I’m the founder of Borneo Martial Arts Expo, i order 1 championship belt & 300 medals from China for my event B-MAEX dated 28th – 30th December 2018. I been told that my parcel been sent out by using SF Express service dated 22nd Dec 2018.

I started calling SF hotline to follow up & told them this parcel need to be send before 28th December 2018. I tried to call almost everyday to follow up the parcel. 26th December 2018, I been told by email & telephone call regards i need to settle the duty/tax & handling fees RM616.20, and shipping charge RM1591 before 3pm so the kastam can release the parcel to be send to Labuan.

I had make the payment of RM2207.20 dated 27th Dec 2018, 2:17pm, and i did email the receipt and call them by phone to inform about the payment. 28th Dec 2018, i call GDEX HQ again, i been told that my parcel was miss routed to Sibu.

I can’t get my championship belt and medals to be present during the welcoming dinner on 28th Dec 2018, i look bad in front of the Guest of Honor, VIPs and the sponsors during the press conference. And i got no medal to present for my whole 3 days event.

The service of SFEX & GDEX had ruined my reputation as the founder of Borneo Martial Arts Expo 2018. Until today 3rd January 2019, i haven’t receive anything or email notice at all. I need them SFEX and GDEX to pay for my lost in terms of reputation, i need them SFEX & GDEX to compensate me ASAP.

Royal Port Dickson Yacht Club / Credit card bank commission charged to me

Hello,

I was charged a 2% bank commission added to my bill when i visited the establishment on 1st Jan 2019. Attached is the photo of the bill i paid clearly stating (on the bill) that the bank commission is charged to me.

I even told the cashier that they are not allowed to do this but she insisted that the commission is to be borne my the customer.

I have made a complaint against them last year to which i was told the matter had been resolved (email below). But clearly they are still practicing this wrongdoing. Please take full action against them to ensure that this practice does not continue.

Agoda.com / Gagal Menikmati Hotel Yang Telah Dibayar Secara Online

Selamat sejahtera.

Tuan,

Saya ingin memaklumkan pihak tuan bahawa saya telah melakukan tempahan hotel secara online melalui agoda.com. Disebabkan itu, sy telah menggunakan kaedah transaksi online maybank2u dn telah membuat pembayaran sebanyak RM321.69. Namun begitu, pihak Agoda menegaskan bahawa mereka tidak menerima wang tersebut, walhal jumlah wang tersebut telah dipotong daripada akaun saya.

Menurut pihak Agoda, saya seharusnya berhubung dgn pihak Maybank untuk menyelesaikan hal ini kerana mereka tidak menerima wang tersebut daripada saya. Setelah berurusan dengan pihak Maybank, mereka menjelaskan bahawa transaksi tersebut telah berjaya dilakukan terhadap pihak Maypol.

Saya kemudian menghubungi Maypol dan mendapati bahawa transaksi tersebut sememangnya telah berjaya. Namun, saya telah menggunakan email yang salah sehingga menyebabkan saya tidak tahu bahawa tempahan hotel saya sebenarnya telah berjaya.

Seandainya saya mengetahui hal ini lebih awal, wang saya tidak akan hangus begitu sahaja. Ya, memang benar saya telah menggunakan email yang salah. Namun, bukankah saya telah memberikan pelbagai lagi butiran lain yang amat penting terutamanya resit sebagai bukti pembayaran.

Sekiranya pegawai khidmat pelanggan agoda meminta saya menghubungi pihak Maypol berhubung pembayaran tersebut, sudah tentu hal ini dapat diselesaikan dan saya juga dapat menikmati hotel yang telah saya tempah dan bayar. Namun, mereka hanya menegaskan bahawa mereka tidak menerima bayaran tersebut. Malah mereka meminta saya berurusan dengan pihak bank setelah beberapa kali menghubungi agoda.

Berurusan dengan pihak bank begitu memakan masa. Semalam baharu saya dapat result daripada pertanyaan saya berhubung pembayaran yang telah dipotong daripada akaun saya. Pihak bank lalu menerangkan bahawa Maypol telah berjaya menerima bayaran tersebut dan saya seharusnya menghubungi pihak Maypol.

Akhirnya ke mana duit saya hilang telah terjawab sebaik sahaja saya bercakap dgn pegawai khidmat pelanggan Maypol. Saya menghubungi Agoda lagi untuk memaklumkan berkaitan hal ini dan mendapat tahu bahawa wang saya tidak dapat dikembalikan.

Pegawai khidmat pelanggan tersebut terus mematikan talian apabila mendengar saya yg mulai merengus. Saya amat berharap agar wang saya dapat dikembalikan memadangkan saya tidak menerima sebarang perkhidmatan atau produk daripada transaksi tersebut.

Tuan, kalaulah saya dibimbing dengan betul berhubung permasalahan tersebut, sudah tentu saya tidak rugi seperti ini.

Laziness Of Staff / Simply change the status to collection by receiver without acknowledge the receiver

24/11/2018 Parcels reached Melaka warehouse, I understood 25th was Christmas so I expect my parcel can reach on 27/12/2018. Anyhow 28/11/2018 parcel no: [protected] & [protected] from the tracking record, it shown “undelivered due to Sorry Card”.

But there was no phone call, no sms, no any sorry card etc. After making complaint for more than 5 times been telling by customer service when they sending the parcel nobody at home.

GDEX please well trained your staff if they’d like to cheat the customer. FYI, shopping mall operation hour is 10am-10pm impossible there is no one received the parcel. So, the fact is due to your staff laziness and they didn’t send out the parcel on time and expect the receiver collect at your warehouse.

May I know what is the purpose of using courier service is it to make our own trouble? Btw, making complaint since 28/12/2018 and nobody revert to me especially your customer service team, are they sleeping in the office?

KTM JB Sentral / Operator very bad attitude & so rude

2019 Jan 03 (8.30am) Im waiting to buy a ticket for 1st feb. But I waiting so long there the counter still no workings. 2 guys sitting inside there dont know what they doing, chatting & walking here & there. Some people waiting 7am or earlier, waiting until 9am still cant buy a ticket!

I very polite to asking the malay girl operator where to line up to buy ticket. She GLARE AT ME & NO ANSWER ME ANY WORDS! WHAT KIND OF THIS PEOPLE?! 3 hours waiting the counter number still 0!!! She is no doing her work & free to chatting walking here & there,

I just asking her some questions she glare at me? Why KTM can hire a rude guy like this? Not only this malay girl is rude, all the operator are RUDE!!! What a [censored]ING SERVICE! LIKE A [censored]! We waste many time & pay money to get a [censored]!

The Sovereign Hotel / service

Receptionist at the Sovereign Hotel, Penang Malaysia which her name is Reen. She is being so rude when treating I and my friends. When I request the floor mat, she answering with harsh words.

Even when she asked us to add extra payment for upgrading the room, her attitude makes us shock because of her face doesnt shows some respect and not being nicely.

Other than that, when we asking the wifi password and tell her about the connection at hotel room is not detected, her answers is “if you got any emergency case, you can stay and using it at lobby (reception area)”

Shopee / service

I have ordered the product on 12.12.18 and waited until today 02.01.19. I kept checking on the logistic info on shopee app its still written ‘transferred to 3PL’. Until I called shopee customer service,

checked through ninjavan and track poslaju, I get to know that it has already arrived at the allocated post office! No notification was given by shopee until now. Feel disappointed.

Maxis Communications / Website

1. Cannot manage my bill by removing the itemised billing.

2. Cannot purchase phone online because the address portion can’t be amended. Click the box but nothing happens.

3. Called up the call Center. Unhelpful, told me change my address again online.

4. Didn’t work. Went to Maxis center. Waited over an hour. Numerous charges for 2 sim because I have 2 phones.

Celcom Axiata / Poor coverage

Saya dah bertahun pakai celcom dulu ok internet speed laju tapi kenapa sekarang line internet makin slow.Dah banyak kali complain tp xda apa2 tindakan.Walaupon baru beli high speed data.Daripada 4g terus hilang jadi e..Langsung x boleh guna internet.Kami sbgai pelanggan rasa rugi..

Kenapa??????????pihak celcom tolong perjelas issue ni secepat mungkin atau lebih kamu akan hilang lebih ramai pelanggan.Sangat mendukacitakan.
