My parcel tracking no. PL944567390708. 26/Aug 4.52pm posted over the counter South City Plaza Selangor.
28/Aug Dispatch out from transit Office
1/Sept 9.43am arrive at delivery facility Bandar Dato Onn
Until now I’m writing 5/Sept 6.17pm my parcel stuck/keep at Poslaju Dato Onn.
– 5days delivery Selangor to JB and 5days keep at POSLAJU DATO ONN.
** Very bad service and I don’t know why still keeping without do any information to customer.

it doesnt make sense yang poslaju perap barang saya dekat station poslaju transit office ( klia hub ) from 3/9 until 5/9 without any update . they kept gave me the same update like ‘ parcel has departed from station poslaju transit office ( klia hub ) then the next day, suddenly said arrived at station poslaju transit office ( klia hub ) ? u know like dah gerak from tht place ttbe datang lagi dekat tht place . takle brain do ! this is my tracking number PL919763530307 . you gais boleh check betapa teruk nye service dari poslaju !

KTM / Keretapi Tanah Melayu — Mintak tolong wujudkan train komuter kl ke tampin | Tuan Sy pengguna komuter ulang alik dr rembau ke kl…kl ke rembau utk bekerja seharian… Pertukaran jadual yg kurang memuaskan hati telah wujud.. ABX Express — Parcel | ABX Express Customer Service

I did track my parcel it was reach at your Operation Centre(BKI) on 8/10/2020, until now no delivery was made my ABX. Did call everyday but no answer and they keep said we will send the parcel soon but until today no action from them. We are pay the delivery service but why ABX treat you customer like this. Even J&T is better and Pos laju. ABX is the worst ever!

But now it almost a week still in transit from petaling jaya, what’s happend? please do some improvement. even during phase 1& 2 MCO didnt happend like this situation, i dont think this kind situation should exist for a bigger company.

Activation of my cnp card | Bank Islam Malaysia

Today 22/4/2020, I call the Bank Islam Hotline in order to activate my cnp card. Unfortunately, the person that pick up my call not using the proper intonation in asking me some questions regarding the activation steps.

I really hope that the customer service will be better next time as I understand well the work burden in the customer service line but we must work professionally. This issue should not happen again next time
