I was at wonderboom last week for an outsurancce vehicle inspection. I was informed that it would cost R300. So I left without the inspection. I spoke to my insurance and they spoke to the branch. Now I’m literally sitting here again, filled in the form and I’m being blatantly ignored. The receptionist was quite nice. But from there, I’ve been waiting almost an hour
Since the 3 January I have been trying to get someone to come out to our property to come and give us a quote and advise on two installations. After a week phoning everyday and sending a follow-up email; eventually someone called me back. They book a day but can’t give a time which is very unprofessional taking into consideration that people have job and responsibilities. Then they promised to call us in the morning to tell us when they will be able to assist us. That also didn’t happen. They phoned when they were in the street and I contacted Nardus (who was at home waiting for you) to go out and open the gate. (Because we are building the intercom is not working yet and the number is not up.) They didn’t even wait I just got a call to say they left and will maybe come back between 4-5pm??? Which they did. Nerds explained to them in detail what we are looking for and what do they advise. Then I received a call from VASCO asking what do I want and what should he quote me on? I was blown away – really. After everything you have no idea what we are looking for. Obviously, I’m upset because how do you quote on someone you have no idea what you are quoting on and why do you come out to give advise and then don’t provide details. So he told me do I want help or not and that I can phone Head office and lay a complaint he don’t care. I’m also welcome to phone his boss that is on holiday; Andre Jansen van Rensburg. It is very clear why Edenvale PG service is so excruciating horrible and this was such a painful experience if that is that attitude of your staff.
I was told by a friend if PTA to use PG Glass for the glass and aluminum work we need that the service/product and price was great but clearly that it not the same for JHB. I’m very disappointing. I also lost trust and/or have faith in your workmanship and that you will be able to delivery the correct and suitable product to us. We also requested a quote for a shower…
Hopefully at head office you will have better customer service integrity and make work of your employees and branches with attitudes like this. you are reliant on customer for your business and these types of situations will leave you with no customer and no business.
They first came with the wrong windscreen had to wait few days before they came back with thre right windscreen…They fitted a windscreen on my vehicle… and after installation they notice it had a magnifying glare to it and wouldnt be appropiate to drive with, they said theyl bring another one… its been weeks since and during that time i kept phoning to find out whats going on, waiting for them to return my calls and none was return …weeks later and finally they got my windscreen …they had just fitted it today and they fit it on skew … no one answers your calls or returns your call … why the hell is pg glass gone so useless…pathetic service
This morning 20/03/2018 around 9:00 I went to PG Glass Midrand to get my chipped windscreen repaired.
The damage was much smaller than a ten cents coin as they clearly displayed on their advert in the office. I was confident it would take a few minutes to seal the chip. There was no crack on the windscreen at all. A few minutes later the sales lady who was assisting me said there is a problem with my windscreen and when I went to check, there was now a 300mm long crack on my windscreen and I was informed I had to replace the windscreen. I then called my insurance who said I must pay an access of R 750, 00.
I feel very aggrieved about the service which I thought was going to solve the chip as PG Glass is a reputable company and I did not expect that my windscreen would crack seeing that the company is experienced in fixing cracks.
Please advise me what recourse I have against PG Glass to resolve my problem.
I ordered 22kg of pet’s mince and paid them by EFT as the card facility was not given as an option. The bill was nearly R900 The pet’s mince on their site is advertised at R39.99 per kg and it looked really good quality from the photo. They delivered 20 bags of fatty meat in 2 cardboard boxes – no reusable polystyrene, on a scooter bike- all weighing about 500g each. It looked nothing like the advertised pet’s mince at all – it is more yellow/white than pink and was less than half of the 22kg that I had paid for.
I did ask the driver and he said to call them directly. There is no number to call. All I can find online is that this company was started by a Dino Nathanael. I FB messaged them to follow up and they blocked me. I received one email from some unnamed person saying they will look into it! But no refund on the balance and the rest of the order has not been delivered Almost R900 for 10kg of fatty, poor quality pet’s mince that I doubt the dogs will even eat! But they did send me an email thanking me for my loyalty and offering me 5% of my next order!!! What a total rip-off!

I have now receive many sms’s from Truworths. IOn the sms it says you my phone to opt out. But after 3 time that I phone, they still send me an sms. I would like to find out where did they get my number? I want to know who sold them my number, because I want some of that money, because I pay every month for that number to be on my name. So somebody is making money on my number.

I ordered a Hisense Fridge online on the 6th of October till today I haven’t received it. Game has made no effort to contact me instead I am the one who has been calling Game to find out what is going on …only to be told today the truck was hijacked. Why was the Fridge not delivered to me during the time we agreed on in the first place. I have been calling Game but I feel they are not doing enough to ensure I get my order. I don’t recommend anyone to buy anything from Game online

I bought sianna bedroom suit on laybuy at jeppe branch last year and it was deliverd in November, it was cracked and did inform the manager the follong monday mot sure about the date she promised to resolve it, i got calls that will co.e tor replace it from the warehouse, i was told the manager needs to authorize the exchange, until the lockdown happened, i want back to the store in september she told they will exchange it, they did with a display and it is worce than the 1st one, i told her i was not happy, and is telling me the nothing much she can do, they dont have stock in the store yet they still have it on display selling it, i got a call they wanna come take it for repairs, they want to repair a display i dont want, all i need is a new replacement or my money back please bradlows help me
I register 2017 NQF level 4 I got my everything which I did and send my assessment, some come back for redo which I did now the problem . 1 .I need my certificate from college because I paid them I’m done with that course .2i work at school as assistance practitioner they want that certificate or they will find someone with qualification .I phone college I emailed them nothing I want to enrol for next level but I can’t .I never see a private college like Intec their service its very poor and they talk with they way they want .They will also asked for student number they they will say We will come to you …forget they will never .For now what I’m asking from Intec College It Is My Certificate Only .I will never advice anyone to study with this collei never😭
On the 1 March 2020 I bought a phone at sportscene in Canal walk, Nokia 2.3 for R2000 Cash
On the 13 May I took back the phone because it was freezing and had lines on the screen so they took it to Vodacom for repairs but one of the managers said the phone was not supposed to be sold it was for display, when we got to Vodacom the IMEI number of the phone was not matching the one on the sim slit, they said they took the phone to Vodacom before selling it because it had a problem with the software that’s where the slits were mixed, to cut the story shot …I only got the phone on Monday (August) and was not fixed
I’m disappointed and I regret the day I bought the phone, they can’t refund me and can’t give me another phone
The phone is still under warranty
I feel like I went there to give them my money for a second hand
