I mistakenly signed for the membership, I cancelled the membership and request for refund in the same day and request a refund because I no longer want their service, They emailed me back that my request is not eligible, How is it not eligible if I didn’t even used the service, that 46$ was for nothing! They would not give me refund and the customer care chat would not reply to me after the request, on the website they even said its 1$ fully refundable, I hate this website, I lose my money and will never click on it ever again, thsi website is a scam and I will tell everybody I know so they will never use this website

My Daughter Yanis Rivera works in Marshalls in Methuen Mass. Yesterday on 4/3/21, she had an issue with Jessenia, one of the managers at the store. Previous to this incident, there was an incident where Jessenia, was very rude to her, but as my daughter explained, It got resolved. Yesterday Jessenia decided to continue bringing up the issue and made a scene in front of customers, in which I consider unprofessional customer service. As per my daughter, Jessenia continuously kept putting her hands on her, when she was requesting not to be touched! Jessenia, did not listen and just kept poking her shoulder, and putting her hands on her. This is completely unacceptable, unprofessional, and I am pretty sure she was breaking company policy! Also, due to COVID-19, this is something she should not be doing. My daughter has also mentioned to me, that she was told, Jessenia making negative comments about her. Now, my question is what kind of manager runs a store with this kind of behavior! As a mom, I am very upset and concerned about my daughter in a place like this. I shop your store all the time, and I am very disappointed! I want action taken as soon as possible!!! Something needs to be done about this. I want this taken care of the right way, per company policy!! This is considered employee assault! Every employee in the store witnessed, and other managers. My daughter report it too few of the managers there, and also my daughter had cried very much about this. This will not be accepted or tolerated! She needs to be more professional!
I love going into Marshall’s in Tigard Oregon. They are NOT allowed to detain shoplifters. Load up your cart and just walk out! So easy! One employee stepped in front of a cart that was getting ready to exit the store. She pointed out the checkout desk. He ran the cart into her and continued out the door without paying. The employee was fired!!!
Yet, the same store checks the number of items going in the dressing room. WHY? In the end it doesn’t matter. Or better yet, they all wear radios and let one another know if they spot a shoplifter. WHY?
Soon this Marshall’s will be closed just like the one at Lloyd Center due to theft.

My second visit to this location and nothing except negative experience!. Store manager Espi is unprofessional and rude not just to customers but store employees as well.
I hope it will get a Regional management attention.
Yesterday while at the check out, the cashier told me that the baby’s decorative pillow, the one that had the white sticker, was not the correct dept., and went to check with the manager I guess, came back and said that it’s not $2.99, but $4.99 She was rude, and when I said that it’s not the customers fault that, that someone had attached the wrong label, she said it happens all the time, and customers change stickers. This was so wrong to say, especially that it was original, white sticker( not red, or yellow) I left the item, so, because of $2 difference she had embarrassed me. I have been to several Marshall’s in Fort Worth. I live by and shop at the Marshalls in Lake Worth Texas. I have not had to wear a mask at all the ones I have shopped at. Today my husband went to the one in Lake Worth just like we always do but today was different. As he entered the store so did several other people without masks and today were told that they had to wear a mask to shop. The mask nazi at the door was very rude and kicked 5 people out for not wearing a mask. One man as he was leaving told the lady that he would not spend another dime in your store and she Holland we don’t need your money!! I belong to a Hugh group of people that are boycotting stores that make us wear a mask. We are making a list and passing it around. I thought she handled it very poorly.
On May 27, 2021 I purchase 3 item at Marshall in Florissant, MO. I return two items and the cashier gave me cash but did not give me my receipt she place it in the drawer. I return to the store to get a copy of my receipt that she staple together spoke with Manager Donna who tried to give me the receipt but unsuccessful my debit card was charge for $43.96 and it only suppose to be charge for $12.99. Because the cashier did not refund my card. They charge my card for merchandise that I no longer have.
On Monday May 17th, 2021 I walked into the Bay Area Marshalls in Webster, Texas and was asked if I had my COVID19 vaccine. I stopped and looked at the young man working the door and asking me the question & also noticed everyone staring at me. The young man continued to press until I answered him in which I stated “no” (I now know that it wasn’t a question I had to entertain). He continued to inform me that Marshalls does not allow unvaccinated, unmasked individuals into their store. I still shopped at the store that day without a mask, but would love to let it be known that this particular store has no problem with publicly violating customers privacy against the law.
I bought a Lucas suitcase from Marshalls in Boise, Idaho in April 2021. I used it for the very first time this weekend. When I saw my luggage at the baggage claim when I came home yesterday I was livid. 1 of the 4 wheels was completely missing exposing the inside liner of the suitcase. 1 of the others wheels was so completely damaged that the plastic all around the wheel was completely cracked. Needless to say this suitcase can not be used again and it is completely unrepairable. We originally bought the suitcase for our upcoming trip to Hawaii where we will celebrating our July wedding as well as spending time with my active-duty Soldier daughter and her new baby as she is due in August. So now instead of using that money on our wedding or for our new granddaughter we get to buy a new suitcase that will not be Lucas brand!! I am terribly disappointed and upset that this happened.
