Have not received my parcel yet today and no update on my tracking status | Pos Malaysia

Well, I don’t understand how the systems goes. Its past 3 pm supposed to be all parcel should be deliver right away today. Fortunately i have received one yesterday but another one sadly i have not received it yet! After numerous complaint and all only then the items will be deliver. Now i left one more parcel, no update nothing at all. Since 11/4/2020 its been in miri here, now 22/4/2020 still no update. No one is going to volunteer on losing item/parcel. I make complaint and even have the details. I hope you can sort this out very soon. It might be unworthy item, but your responsibility is to deliver it as quick as you can, and updated everything while you can. Dont pending too long, deliver it real quick. Most of the correspondence letter & Several Bank Monthly Letter (at least 6-8 letters mthly) NOT RECEIVE in past 1-2 month, LETTERS MISSING | File a complaint Pos Malaysia

RE: MOST OF LETTER NOT RECEIVE – AREA AFFECTED – Kota Kemuning, Sek 31 Shah Alam (Jalan Anggerik Liparis 31/145-153), 40460 Selangor (HOUSING AREA)
Most of the correspondence letter & Several Bank Monthly Letters (at least 6-8 letters mthly) NOT RECEIVE in past 1-2 month, LETTERS MISSING, kindly take action to improve immediately. Those letter send to my old office previous has never missing, but but change address to above house address, since then, never receive the letter or GONE MISSING, IT IS SO DISAPPOINTED< PLS INVESTIGATE AND TAKE ACTION, TQ

Pos Malaysia — Service by courier guy

I have complain about this issue several time before but until now, no action have been taken. Delivery guy is lazy to come up on apartment eventhough there is lift provided. Everyone who have their parcel must come down the apartment to pick up the parcel after receive a call from him. If we not pick up because in toilet or fall sleep, he will just go without come up and said delivery failed. He will stated in system that premises closed or no one home which is 100% wrong. And no delivery note were left as in stated in the system. We then need to collect by our own at pos laju brickfield which sometime we dont have time to go. It happen many time and i once lost my item because delivery guy to lazy to come up to house and he just left the parcel at post guard. He is so non reasonable. Please take action on this matter. It not happen only to me but the whole apartment member. Our area is at menara putra chowkit. Lorong tiong nam 5. Please note that other courier company never done this thing. They come and directly sent the parcel to our door. Only pos laju do this thing.

Pos Malaysia — item stuck in transit

My parcel have been in poslaju transit office since 3rd December 2019. It is supposed to be delivered by the 14th December but where is it? Very bad service. You are wasting people’s time and money because of this. I have been waiting for my stuff for more than 2 weeks. Please update me on my parcel’s status and quickly send it to me because I have waited for so long.

Barang dihantar pada customer pada 17/10/2019 dan sampai pada customer pada 24/10/2019, tetapi customer menerima barang dalam keadaan kotak yang kemek dan isi botol di dalamnya tertumpah sedangkan sudah dibalut dengan baik dan botol bukannya botol kaca botol plastik . saya ingin meminta pihak pos menggantikan barang yang baru pada customer saya sebab saya pos dalam keadaan yang baik minta segera amik tindakan . number customer [protected] dan no tracking client ( EHA106469599MY)

Pos Malaysia — Unable to track parcel

My parcel was sending on Tuesday from damansara to jenjarom till today Thursday I yet received my parcel and I can’t track my parcel where now! Is lost? And I was trying contacting your customer from today morning 9am till 5pm always is busy busy busy! Do really busy or just skip customer call?! Are this call careline?!

Pos Malaysia — pos laju kota tinggi

i would like to file a complaint regarding the service provided by poslaju kota tinggi. This is due to several times my parcel has not been delivered to my house instead it was kept for nearly 4 days at the pos office.

i am dissapointed with such service, they delivered late, when we came to collect the parcel, they said come next day since they will delivered to us by today.

this haa become the hassle for citizen that use the poslaju kota tinggi service. u can check all the other complaint from other xustomer on google poslaju kota tinggi. hope better management can solve this issue there. thank you.

Pos Malaysia — penghantaran barang post tidak dilakukan

Sy hendak membuat aduan pejabat pos chini pekan pahang.. tidak membuat penghantaran ke rumah walaupun pembayaran post dibuat doo to door. Selaps itu pihaknpejabat pos tidak membenarkan pengmbilan barang pada bila2 masa.

Sebliknya menetapkan pengambilan brng di pejbat post boleh dilakukan pada pkul 4 ptg. Ini menyukarkan semua pelnggan. Diharapkan pihak pos malaysia menyiasat perkara ini.

Pos Malaysia / 2 minggu parcel tidak sampai kepada penerima

Saya menjual dropship buku dari sebuah company beralamat di Bandar Puncak Alam, Selangor. Parcel buku customer beralamat di No 2 Jalan Kukuh, 25/42 Taman Sri Muda, 40400 Shah Alam..sehingga hari ini parcel yg dioder dan dispatched out pd 26hb Julai 2019 masih tidak sampai kepada penerima. 
Berikut tracking no parcel: ERA205693794..MASIH BERADA DI POS LAJU SHAH ALAM. Berdasarkan trace & track yang saya dan customer lakukan.

Atas kelewatan ini, Saya terpaksa minta customer sendiri ambil parcel di atas & menghubungi pos laju Shah Alam.
