Macam mane kome design sampul pos express ni yeop?? Texture tempat tulis lembut bebenor, nak tulis pakai ball pen dakwat kering bagai hilang akal ke kome ni?? Payah benor teman nak nulis nyer… Mane nak lekat dakwat…designer kome tak try tulis ke atas tu dulu?? Kome pegi la ngantor desiner sampul tu pegi sekolah balik blajo egronomic.. Bengap!!! Makan gaji bute je kerhoje nyer. … Langsung tak practikal…stress teman.. Naik darah tinggi.. Leboh duit teman beli sampul poslaju pulak.. Ate lepas teman ngadu ke staff pos pon takde nak nolong… Semua buat banggang je…tau la pose, takkan jadi zomba banggag kot.. Tolong2 la teman cari altenative nak settle mcm mane… Hish.. Sekian, abih pahale pose teman harini.

So today i was received a parcel from Pos laju, that i was order from shopee. As i was not home because I’m working, so my mom did received the parcel. And my mom can’t remember her ic number and she need to refer her ic first. The most disappointed momeny, the delivery guy was claim that my mom is wasting his time!!

Because he need to wait a moment for my mom fill all of that things! I never been in this situation before and to that guy i understand that you’re in rush but if u can’t an old lady like my mom as the receiver from the parcel that you deliver, i shall assumed that you’re not professional. This is happening today, 08/01/19 Afternoon time area Bandar Baru PermJaya, Miri, Sarawak. Dear POS LAJU, SERIOUSLY YOUR DELIVERY GUY NEED TO LEARN ABOUT MANNERS!!!

Pos Malaysia / Bad employees attitude

I was received this text from your employees as they supposed to hand in my item today Wednesday (26/12/2018) at Sukun, Sibu area around 12:41pm. They telling me I am not at home so they asked me to pick up the item at your branch in Sg Merah.

For the record, I am at home that day while receive their text. they not even horn their vehicle while at outside like they suppose to do everytimes they hand in the items. Now, there must be a lesson for your employees attitude.

Pos Malaysia / rude customer service clerk at posting counter

I am a walk in customer to Poslaju Branch at Victoria Street Pulau Pinang.
This morning I walk in to post an item on behalf of a friend on 14/12/18 at 10.59am at counter No. 2. My friend had used an old used envelope to re-post the item she wrongly received.

As I fill up the form and took a no and went to the posting counter. I was attended by a Malay lady (no name as she was not wearing a name tag). I asked her for an envelope. She said I had to purchase it. I told I just want one. Instead of explaining to me she just took out a laminated sheet of the prices and notice and rudely pass to me.

I told her, you should smile when you are attending to customer. And I told her; you are rude, I will make a complaint to HQ. Her response; Complaint la. Then she called me rude?

Yesterday I went to the same poslaju branch yesterday to post my document and was attended by the same lady, I noticed that she has a sour face. She looks like a dead person, no expression, sour face. Today it’s the same. Come on Poslaju, place a smiling person on your front counter not a dead person walking.
