I’ve been shopping with yall for years now and im a very loyal customer spend lots of money but something is very different here lately every piece of clothing and my bras have tore up easy fell apart is something going on or have u changed up on something I just want things back to were ur product holds up. I shop here lot and I’m very dissatisfied I spent lots of money with your company including perfume everything that you offered I buy my whole family does just hope something has changed it gets back to the way it used to be

I have ordered Victoria’s Secret through Valiram. But it wasn’t completed. I have emailed and trying to call but no answer. I have purchased few items which cost me quite much amount of money but there were so many missing items. I don’t know to whom I can refer to since I as a customer been ignored for so long. Victoria’s Secret — Unable To Return Brand New Items With Receipt If Ordered Online

Victoria’s Secret advertises free returns on items ordered online. This made me feel comfortable about purchasing a Victoria’s Secret bra online even though bras are difficult to purchase without trying on first.

When the bra arrived the lace was scratchy, cheap, and looked like one cycle in the washing machine would destroy it. The bra looked like it had been designed by a man who had never even seen the anatomy of a woman. It was disgusting quality for $69.50.

I went to the store to return the bra. It was brand new, tags attached, with receipt. The workers could not process the return even with receipt since it was an online order. They took my item and processed the return as a no receipt return and told me my refund may show up within 14 days.

This is unacceptable for a company with such large online and retail presence. Please do not think you can purchase anything at Victoria’s Secret thinking you can return it.

Victoria’s Secret — VS Card Holder Complaint

I added fifteen items to my shopping cart in the Victoria’s Secret app to take advantage of a two-day sale. My Victoria’s secret card would not process for payment. I have a $4, 000 limit and a $90 balance, all payments up to date. After contacting customer service, it appears a new card with a chip was mailed within the past 30 days but I have not received it. I’m disappointed to not be able to get the additional discount, points/rewards for using my VS card, as the sale (and probably the inventory) will not be available by the time I receive a card. I was told I could purchase with my card in-store –This is discriminatory against someone with a disability who is not able to go to a a brick and mortar location.
