VLCC Health Care — Worst service – not providing appointment

I received a call from VLCC marketing team on November 11 2020 regarding a promotion coupon. The marketing person told If I buy that coupon I can use any 10 services in VLCC branch. So I bought that coupon. After getting that coupon I get to know only particular services can be used. That was a big disappointment for me. Then I visited to VLCC Muroor road branch and asked for an appointment but they did not give me an appointment. I called 3 times to muroor road branch VLCC.They are not responding properly. They asked me to go to Khalidiya branch.In the promotion it is clearly mentioned as ” coupon can be used with any branch of vlcc ” Everytime they are telling me I will check and update but no proper response. So I called to VLCC MEA Corporate Office (04 327 3574) They gave me this number 0557337809 and raise a complaint. I called that number and I spoke with one lady regarding my issue last week, she told she will discuss with VLCC Muroor road branch staff and she will book appointment for me, but till today I did not get any call from VLCC. So once again I called the same number 0557337809 today and I asked her appointment, but she is shouting with me and talking rudely. I never saw these types of customer support and worst services. She is insulting me. I bought coupon but not able to utilize that.At Least they should speak with politeness. Worst support and services.
I need refund for that coupon .They should pay me penalty also
